Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. To provide you with the clearest guidance, our return policies and guarantees are structured based on the type of product you have purchased.

1. Ready-Made & Standard Products

All of our standard home textile products, cushions, and decor items are carefully handmade. However, because these products are crafted according to our own established standard sizes, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within a 15-day return window.

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your handmade item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning standard items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Made-to-Measure Products (Custom Curtains & Blinds)

Our made-to-measure curtains and custom items are individually tailored to your exact custom specifications and requirements. As such, we follow specific industry guidelines for personalized goods:

  • No Change-of-Mind Returns: We are unable to accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds if you change your mind, are unsatisfied with your fabric/color selection, or if incorrect measurements were provided to us. We highly encourage utilizing our fabric details before finalizing your order.

  • Faults or Order Errors: We will gladly accept returns or structural alterations only if the product arrives with a manufacturing fault, or does not match the exact specifications and measurements confirmed in your original order. In such cases, please notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We stand behind the premium quality of our work. All of our Made-to-Measure Curtains come with an exclusive 3-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects, stitching integrity, and fabric faults under normal household use. If your custom item develops a structural fault within 3 years of purchase, please contact us immediately so we can arrange an efficient repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to Return an Item

Before sending any standard item back, or to report a fault under warranty, you must contact our customer service team to obtain official authorization:

  1. Please write your Order Number clearly on the outside of the package you are returning.

  2. Please return items in suitable protective packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

  3. Post your item to our Returns Department at the address below.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
