When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Sophia Living will take place only when we dispatch the products to you and send a formal dispatch confirmation email.

We must receive and successfully process your payment before your order is accepted and moves into our handcrafting queue. Because our items are bespoke and made-to-order, cancellation requests can only be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.

All orders are processed, handcrafted, and shipped according to the timelines clearly established in our Shipping & Delivery Policy (typically involving a 3 to 4-week handling time for bespoke manufacturing, and 3 to 5 business days for transit).

While we work diligently to fulfill all orders within the stated timeframes, Sophia Living cannot be held liable for unexpected transit delays completely outside our control, such as severe weather disruptions, national holidays, or courier industry strikes. Title and risk of physical loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery and signature at the designated shipping address.
